Tenant Appreciation Breakfast

Danburg Management will be hosting a tenant appreciation breakfast, to be sponsored by Bank of Florida at the Preserve on May 19th. It is scheduled to take place in Suite 1124 (located at the East side of the 1000 Building) from 8:30 to 10:00 am.

This will be an opportunity to network with your neighbors and to meet the Danburg staff.

We plan on holding these events a couple of times a year, and we look forward to seeing you all there.

Samantha Infantino.

For quite a while we have realized that we have a great untapped resource of over 200 tenant businesses.

Our tenants specialize in such diverse areas as hair care products, office supplies, landscaping supplies, financial planning and accounting, collections, architecture, acupuncture, travel immunizations, psychotherapy and home health care among others.

Samantha’s responsibility will be twofold. First, she will be facilitating networking among our existing tenant base. We see tremendous value in having our tenants provide business and leads to one another. Second she will focus on targeting new tenants, and determining and implementing the right messages and media to reach them.

With Samantha on board we intend to build and expand a unique, tenant interactive marketing strategy.

We have always focused on creating a great working environment to aid in the success of your business.

Now we plan to go the extra mile to help promote additional business opportunities for our tenants.

Samantha is a fresh young mind ready to maintain tenant satisfaction, promote business to business events within the community and create new opportunities for every tenant to be heard.
